UPTET Result 2020

The UPTET 2020 admit card has been released  Thursday, December 12, 2019.  The UP TET 2019 exam will be conducted on Sunday, December 22, 2019 in every district of the Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) Candidates, who had successful registered themselves before the closing date and had paid application fees, can download their UPTET admit card from the official website. The UPTET 2019 Admit Card can be downloaded through candidate login using Registration Number, One Time Password (OTP) and Captcha Code up to December 21, 2019.

The candudates may download Admit Card from UPTET official website-http://updeled.gov.in/- and appear for the examination at the given Centre. In cas of any discrepancy noticed in admit card regarding particulars of candidate, photograph and signature or any other information vary from confirmation page, he/she may immediately contact UPTET Unit for necessary corrections. The UP TET 2020 candidates shall report at the Examination Center 90 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidate report at the examination centre after 10:00 am shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-I and candudate report 02:30 pm shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-II. The candidates are advised to readthe instructions on the admit card care fully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.

UPTET 2020 Anwer Key : 
The OMR shet and the Answer Key of UPTET examination will be displayed on official website-http://updeled.gov.in/for which a public notice will be issued on the Website. The Candidates can download the same in the given stipulated time. Uttar Pradesh's Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2019 will be held on December 22, 2019. The candidates who want to become a teacher in primary schools (Classes I to V) or middle schools (Classes VI to VIII) in Uttar Pradesh need to clear TET exam. The Paper I test is conducted for Primary Teachers while those who want to become Middle School teachers need qualify Paper II test. Candidates who want to teach from Classes I to VIII can take both the papers of the UPTET exam.

Exam Timing: The UPTET 2019 exam will be held on December 22, 2019, in two shifts. The UPTET Paper I test will be held in morning and UPTET Paper II test will be conducted in evening shifts. Exam Mode: The UPTET exam is still conducted in the pen-and-paper mode. Paper Pattern: UPTET Paper I and Paper II have almost the same format. There are a total of 150 questions in each paper. The UPTET exam includes objective questions and each question carries one mark . There is no negative marking in the paper. 

UPTET Rank Card 2020: 
The total duration of exam is two hours or 120 minutes, which means, a candidate has about 48 seconds to solve one question. If a candidate spends 10 minutes for reading the instructions and checking out the paper and 5 minutes for checking out the paper and 5 minutes for checking out the answers after completing the paper, he/she will get about 42 seconds to solve each question. Hence, time management is very important in UPTET exam.

UPTET cut off marks to qualify the exam : 
General category students 60% (minimum 90 marks out of a total of 150 marks) 55% for SC, ST, and OBC category students (minimum 83 marks out of total of 150 marks). The actual UPTET cutoffs depend on the number of vacancies and the number of candidates applying for the exam.
